Our services cover floor maintenance, carpet cleaning, pressure washing and office cleaning for
commercial organizations. We are very active in the Building Services Contractors
Association International (BSCAI), a USA based organization which represents over 500
contractors worldwide. Our staff attend BSCAI seminars in order to keep abreast with
technology in janitorial services. Locally, our staff has received commendations from the
Management of the Hasely Crawford Stadium and the Hall of Justice, for the high quality of
floor maintenance at these facilities. MTS’ janitorial maintenance programme is designed to
keep our buildings in a clean and hygienic manner. We use only environmentally safe
chemicals in all of our operations. The Company operates under a decentralized system in order
to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. We have operational offices located in the
North, South, Central and East/West Corridor of Trinidad and in Tobago. Each office
is manned by a Regional Manager and Maintenance Coordinators, all qualified in the field of
janitorial maintenance. Our radio communications network links the
majority of the facilities we
service, so that we can keep in touch with Managers and Operating Staff and maintain
customer satisfaction. We have developed and introduced maintenance technology to
