Mr. Lennox Rattansingh holds a B.Sc.degree and an MBA from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. He joined the National Maintenance Training and Security Company Limited as a Marketing Assistant in 1996 and was subsequently promoted to the positions of Marketing Officer, Business Development Manager, Divisional Manager – Private Sector Development and Marketing and acted as Chief Executive Officer on two occasions before his current appointment. Mr. Rattansingh has been the Chairman of the Sugar Industry Labour Welfare Committee, a Statuary Authority, for the last five years and also serves on the Board of Government Information Services Limited.

He has recently been appointed to a Special Steering Committee convened by the Honourable Minister of Education, to examine and recommend workable solutions to stem the escalating tide of violence and crime in the school system.

Mr.Rattansingh brings a wealth of administrative and Marketing knowledge as well as experience to the position of CEO. His vision is that MTS will become the leader in providing Integrated Property Management systems to deliver high quality and cost effective services.
