The Strategic Plan
2007 – 2009 is a bold and dynamic representation of MTS’ quest for
re-branding, profitability and irreversible stability. It seeks to
bridge the identified gaps in strong market –fit requirements. Since
revenue streams from new sources have become critical, MTS’ strategic
thrust necessitates a complete remodeling of its business paradigm. As a
‘systems integrator’ for facilities management, the company will be
taken to a different level, entering new markets and delivering high-end
services. The new vision of MTS is that of a broker company, with the
